MEET OUR PROVIDERS

After years of seeing a pattern of frustrated patients working hard to feel better and feeling lost and without answers, Lauren shifted her focus. She is a board-certified psychiatric NP, certified nutritionist and wellness coach, and a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association. She believes, that although medication can be helpful in crisis situations, too often medications are prescribed without full consent to side effects or the understanding of alternative options.

Lauren has dedicated the last eight years to understanding a variety of alternative interventions that can help individuals feel their best. When given the right support and opportunity, the body and mind can heal and medication is not necessary.
